We are Saw & Specialty Corporation, a family-owned business with over 100 years of providing premium saw blades, routers, and sharpening services across Michigan and Indiana. We’re seeking a Route Delivery & Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves not only delivering products but also building relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services while on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
– Safely and efficiently deliver our high-quality products to customers on established routes.
– Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
– Identify opportunities for additional sales and upsell products and services during deliveries.
– Work collaboratively with management and customer service teams to drive sales and positive customer interactions.
– Enjoy a **5-day workweek** with weekends off!
What We’re Looking For:
– A clean driving record and familiarity with delivery routes.
– Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
– Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships.
– Ability to think on your feet, multitask, and seize upselling opportunities.
