AMV International : High Speed Steel Circular Saw Blades
SawSpec/AMV produces Solid High-Speed Steel Circular Saw Blades using our laser cutting equipment and our automatic heat treatment system. This also allows us to manufacture high performance blades and to provide a high quality product and service to our customers.
Standard blades available:
- M2 HSS – Steam Tempered and Bright Finish (for coating applications) 63/65 HRc for ferrous cutting.
- M35 Cobalt HSS – Steam Tempered and Bright Finish – 64/66 HRc for cutting more difficult metals.
- M2 HSS – Bright Finish – low hardness for use on nonferrous applications at high RPM.
Special blades available are:
- CHALLENGER I – Special Coated Blade – M35 64/66 HRc precision grind for high production applications.
- CHALLENGER II – Special Coated Blade – M2 63/65 HRc precision grind for added life.
