FR 830 Discovery 2A & 3A – 3+1 Axis Working Area (102x14x12)
- Vertical spindle multi function milling machine for working aluminium and steel profiles, available in these versions: 2A : 2 axis controlled by CNC, 1 axis pneumatically managed and 1 axis directly managed by the user; 3A : 3 axis controlled by CNC and 1 axis pneumatically managed
- Electric spindle 3,8 kW air cooled equipped with frequency convertor
- The axis of the machine are driven by brushless motors, all the linear movements slide on precision bearing balls
- The piece can be positioned on any angle between -90°, 0° and +90° through pneumatic control, you can regulate the intermediate angles through a graded scale on fixed adjustable end stop
- It’s equipped with 4 pneumatic vices with low pressure device
- It’s suitable for working on 3 sides of the profile
- The CNC control is able to manage: linear and circular interpolation on two axis, programming system according geometric aided, availability and tool parameters
- It’s fitted with 2 adjustable reference end stops and tools cooling.
- In the 3A version the machine: you can tap till M8 with compensator; is available with the option CAM 3D (tridimensional Programming Graphic Software)
