Simmons’ Food Slicing band saw blades are made of the finest high carbon steel with a hardened cutting edge for longer blade life. These blades are also treated with food grade oils for corrosion resistance. Designed for a variety of machinery, Simmons’ blades are available as a Knife, V-Tooth or Scallop edge with precise bevel geometry for consistent slicing. Stainless steel blades are available upon special request.
Simmons’ manufactures reciprocating slicing blades to fit most types of slicers used for meat and poultry products. The standard blades are produced with stainless steel and are available in four different cutting edges: Knife, Butcher (4TPI & 6TPI), Scallop and Mini-B. Our unique Mini-B blade is a convenient alternative to the standard Knife edge. It saves time and money by eliminating the hassles of resharpening.
