Simmons’ Honeycomb blade is intended to cut with the teeth facing backward and has alternating bevels on the back of the teeth, allowing the blade to cut very aggressively without removing material or damaging the fragile material being cut. This is the blade of choice for open cell materials when a “fuzz-free” cut is necessary. Because the tooth face is ground, we recommend that the thickness of the blade be at least
0.7mm or .028”. All standard Honeycomb blades have 4 teeth per inch,
with no set.

Silencer
